The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens & most important in 2010 Stelios Place was renovated fully to better serve our customers. Breakfast hall (with a large menu so we can satisfy your every wish on your holiday with us) & pool bar are available for our customers overlooking the swimming pool.
The hotel provide free wireless internet access & in the reception area there are two laptops available FREE of charge for the customers to use from 8am to 10pm. Stelios Place is offer you a free pick up and drop off service to the port or to the airport. (Please note that a free transfer from/to the airport/port is provided for stays of 3 or more nights. Please inform Stelios Place at Perissa Beach at least 2 days in advance if you want to use the service.).
There is also a communal kitchen available 24hours for our customers free to use and equipped with all necessary equipment. Once you arrive a part from our family will welcome you and inform you about Santorini Island. We will suggest you places & villages to visit such as activities to do!

Our cancellation policy allowed you to cancel or change your booking 14days prior to your arrival date.
That means (example),if your arrival date is the 15th you can cancel or change your booking until 1st 23:59pm without any charge.
If you cancelled later or in case of a no-show booking then the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
The overnight stay tax 0,50 euros (per night, per room) is not included in the rates and will be paid extra by the guests upon arrival.

We are located just 30meters away from the most popular beach in Santorini Island , situated at the South-eastern part of the island, it is one of the most impressive beaches in the Aegean. Black sand, made of lava, is extended for some 7 klm, combined with crystal clear water and a glaring and burning sun. Due to this unique combination, Perissa is the most popular beach. Well organised, it offers food and drink at the sea front taverns and bars, and a range of sea sports as windsurfing and water skiing; there is also a diving club. Some trees at the sea front make the beach ideal, since they offer the precious shade, in general difficult to find at the Aegean islands.

From Mr Stelios picking you up at the airport to Katerina helping out with everything from reception. My 8 days there, were very happy, it all went too fast! I loved the views of the ancient mountain from my bedroom balcony & deep blue Skies. The yummy breakfast-Greek yoghurt with honey+fruit, ????+good coffee?,The Beach was only a few mins walk & very good restaurants close by...I've made some dear friends, we shared fun..+ much laughter... The rooms are spacious modern and very clean with complimentary shower gel and shampoo beach towels and a full size fridge , they offer lovely breakfasts at a cost , served and presented lovely, they inform you of places to go and see , your 2 minutes from the beautiful black sand beach , you can hear the sea from your room , ithe Main Street outside and beach bars and restaurants have everything you could possibly need even a 24 hour bakery and leather sandal maker and bus stops with frequent busses into Thera , this hotel is a beautiful little gem in paradise with everything you could possibly need at a very very competitive giveaway price worth every penny and more , loved everything about it couldn?t fault it if I tried simply perfect | 5 |

The pool area was very nice and the rooms were clean. Best of all, the family owned hotel had fabulous service including pickup/dropoff at the airport which is complimentary with your reservation.
